Your satisfaction matters. Because we sell alcohol, returns are regulated — here's exactly how it works.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Items we generally can't accept back

  • Alcohol that has been opened, consumed or tampered with.
  • Products returned simply due to a change of mind, where prohibited by law.
  • Items without proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email hello@bevspir.com or use our contact form with your order number. Our team will guide you through next steps and arrange pickup or replacement where eligible.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days of processing. Shipping fees are refunded when the return is due to our error.

Alcohol return rules vary by state. Where local law restricts returns, we'll always find a fair resolution.
